Though certainly suited to sipping neat or on ice, Gentleman Jack is just as happy in a classic Whiskey Sour cocktail. Add 50ml of Gentleman Jack, a generous squeeze of lemon juice and a dash or two each of sugar syrup and your favorite bitters to a cocktail shaker, along with plenty of ice. Give everything a thorough shake, strain into a rocks glass, garnish with a wedge of lemon and enjoy.
